Project 600:How to raise funds for real estate investment?

My goal is to raise funds to acquire affordable rental property(ies) as in a building with 6 units in underdeveloped area for example, knowing that:
1) Other than personal bank account, I don't really    have the means for financing such a project.
2) I believe that crowdfunding isn't suitable in my case because:
     a) I am not a social media influencer.
     b) The idea itself isn't sexy, it won't get attention or go viral, even if it had some little substance to it.
3) I have no access for professional consultancy/accounting/law firm etc

Is that even possible?
